2. What data do we process and for what purpose?
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide (name, workshop name, email, phone and message) for the purpose of:
- Handling your request for information or for a diagnosis.
- Contacting you and, where appropriate, sending you a service proposal.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and accepting this policy, as well as the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
4. Data retention
We will keep your data for as long as the relationship or mutual interest lasts and, subsequently, for the periods legally required. When it is no longer necessary, it will be securely erased.
5. Recipients
Data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation. The contact form is managed through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which acts as a data processor in order to deliver your message to us by email. We may also use other providers (hosting, email) that act as data processors with the appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to contacto@almacar-strategy.com, indicating «Data protection». You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
